End of Summer BBQ at Grove Adventure Playground this Friday 31 August
Thanks to the huge efforts of local volunteers, the Grove Adventure Playground has been open for 6 weeks over the summer. Local kids have had a great space to play outside and get active playing football, rounders, skipping as well as helping out with the gardening and campfire building.
The Design & Build team worked with www.buildup.org.uk to build an outdoor fire pit and outdoor kitchen as well as the Grove’s own Unity Bar. Families and Kids are all welcome to meet here this Friday from 12pm where they will be celebrating until the end of play at 5.30.
There will be free food and drinks – all contributions welcome!
