Laughter Yoga – Free weekly workshops start every Wednesday from 2 – 30 May 10.30 – 12pm

Laughter yoga is a unique concept that allows anyone to laugh for no reason through easy childlike exercises, where simulated laughter becomes real with movement and eye contact.

Scientific evidence suggests that the body cannot differentiate between real and fake laughter and therefore it has the same health benefits; it releases endorphins to lift the mood, strengthens the immune system,  relieves stress,  and can work against depression  building confidence and improving concentration and memory.
