Loughborough Junction Action Group is looking for a Senior Cafe Assistant to join the team at The Platform Cafe, a welcoming community cafe located in the heart of Loughborough Junction.
The Platform Cafe is a much-loved local space where people come together over great coffee and freshly prepared, seasonal vegetarian food. We are seeking a reliable, friendly and experienced individual to support the day-to-day running of the cafe and help maintain our warm, inclusive atmosphere.
The Senior Cafe Assistant will play an important role in leading front-of-house service, supporting staff and volunteers, and ensuring high standards of customer care, food safety and smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working as part of a community-focused organisation.
