Below is a flyer for an online Drama performance project from 492 Korna Klub that explores Windrush stories called Mapping Lives, celebrating and commemorate the contribution of the windrush generation and their descendants to life and culture in the UK. We need people from the Windrush generation to be part of the creative team that delivers the performances. This will be your opportunity to make new friends, share history with friends & family, learn new skills and have fun whilst being creative.
How
Through a series of online weekly zoom performance workshops and other activities that lead towards performances later this year.
When
We will start off with a taster session on Windrush Day, June 22 at 11.00am – 1.30pm and then weekly sessions start on July 1 2020 and then every Wednesday from 11.00am – 1.30pm. No experience needed. Sessions will be playful, memorable and fun!
