About Loughborough Farm
Rooted in Community, Growing Together
In 2013, Loughborough Junction Action Group transformed an unused patch of land into Loughborough Farm. This thriving community garden brings people together to grow fresh produce and connect with their neighbours.
The farm has become a hub for sustainability, learning and well-being, providing opportunities for volunteers to share skills, build friendships, and create a greener future for Loughborough Junction.
Our main site on Loughborough Road produces fresh food throughout the year for volunteers, local residents, and The Platform Café, our community café. We also nurture other growing spaces, including Wyck Forest Garden in a corner of Wyck Gardens, where we grow fruit trees and other plants, swap knowledge and spend time in nature. LJAG remains at the heart of the farm’s success, ensuring it continues to serve the community.
