Cressingham Rain Gardens are home to the biggest rain gardens in Lambeth!
Join the community champions on Friday 5 June from 2pm to 3.30pm who have driven this exciting project through to completion, created in partnership with London Wildlife Trust.
You will see how urban gardening can reduce local flood risk, support wildlife and benefit local people. Learn what makes a rain garden different to a pond and see the journey of creating a rain garden. Plus, make a seed bomb to liven up your own urban patch and help to sow wildflower seed between the rain gardens.
There will be tea and cake.
