Bread Bread moved to Loughborough Junction in 2013. Its bread used to be baked overnight at pizzeria Franco Manca in Brixton Market. Almost all of the products are sourdough (long fermentation products) and most use organic flours milled at an English stone mill called Cann Mills in Dorset. They supply several local businesses, but also Fortnum & Mason and now the Michelin starred Hibiscus restaurant in Mayfair.
