The aim of the film festival is to promote mental health literacy and break down the stigma around mental health as well as address some of the socio-economic factors that lead to poor wellbeing in the African-Caribbean, African, Portuguese speaking and Asian communities.
12 November – Southwark Cinema Museum – showing a Spanish film – ‘Get Married if you Can’
16 November – Karibu Centre – showing the film ‘Southside with You’ – which is a film about Michelle and Barack Obama first date
17 November – Two Brewers, Clapham – showing a series of short-films.
