Carers Rights Day – Thursday 26 November 2020

Carers Rights Day Event – Mental health and well-being
Thursday 26th November, 10.15 am – 11.30 am
2020 has been a very challenging year for many of us, making it more important than ever to look after our mental health and well being. However, it’s not always easy to know what’s out there to help us. That’s why Carers’ Hub are bringing together a fantastic range of speakers to let you know more about local mental health support. We’ll also be exploring top tips on self care and looking after you.

We also look forward to welcoming Councillor Danny Adilypour, Cabinet Member for Health & Adult Social Care at the London Borough of Lambeth who will be opening the event.

The event will be held via Google Meet for carers registered with Carers’ Hub. Book your place today.

What is Carers Rights Day?
It’s a national awareness day offering an opportunity to highlight carers with a focus on:

  • letting carers know where to get help and support
  • raising awareness of the needs of carers
  • ensuring  carers are aware of their rights

We hope you’ll help mark this important day by joining us at our event on the 26th!
