New Year, New Restrictions & New Beginnings


Clear Community Web wants to explain the new measures they have put in place to ensure they can continue their support and an update on how we will modify our planned programme for the first part of this year.


In Tier 5 we are not able to make house visits until this situation changes.

  • We are still available to provide individual assistance with your computers, mobile phones and tablets


  • We can help with technical problems, and give advice on issues you are having such as accessing accounts or setting up emails.


  • We can meet on your doorstep (with safety measures in place) if it is a quick fix or you would like us to look at something quickly.


  • We can give remote support and can help with issues using a secure Remote Desktop Support Software – AnyDesk.


  • We are, of course, still available by email, zoom and phone.
