Local residents with help from the LJ Neighbourhood Forum and local councillors are meeting on Monday 8 February at 7pm by Zoom to talk about setting up a Friends group for Loughborough Park. The park is undergoing a major overhaul. Dwaynamics is about to take over the community building; the playground has had a facelift; the community garden has been revived; and the grounds of the former adventure playground will be integrated in to the park, so there lots for a Friends group to get involved with.
