A further consultation event about the Higgs Triangle planning application will be held on Tuesday 7 October, from 7-9pm at Sunshine International Arts Cafe, 209a Coldharbour Lane, SW9 8RU. The Higgs Triangle is the industrial area between Herne Hill Road, Coldharbour Lane and Hinton Road.
This is a view of the proposed development on Herne Hill Road. This is the largest planning application that Loughborough Junction has seen in living memory. Proposed is a mixed used office/industrial/residential development in five blocks ranging in height from five to ten storeys. There will be over 150 new flats.
