Battersea Power Station jobs fair

Battersea Power Station Development offers lots of employment opportunities including apprenticeships, hospitality, entry level jobs, and roles for experienced construction workers. They will run a jobs fair from 3pm – 7pm on Monday 14th January in Myatt’s Fields North community centre and would like as many people as possible from the local area to attend.

SOME OF THE OPPORTUNITIES ON OFFER:
CONSTRUCTION
Experienced construction workers – they would like to meet anyone who has worked in construction before. If they already have a CSCS card we could find them a job in almost any trade. If individuals have worked in a domestic environment or their CSCS card has expired they will be able to provide them advice in how they can obtain one.
Entry level positions – if people are just keen to get a job in construction, have no experience and are not interested in carrying out an apprenticeship they have lots of labourer, traffic marshal, hoist operator, scaffold labourer positions available. BPS is a London Living Wage site so minimum wage is £10.55 p/h
Apprenticeships – they will have vacancies in a number of different trades over the next few months including electrical, plumbing, carpenters, dry lining, heating and ventilation, painting and decorating, brickwork.
