Area Regeneration Team at Lambeth Council are looking for  Project Management Trainee Area Regeneration x 2 Posts

Scale 3: Starting salary £21,189 pa rising in annual increments to £22,083 pa incl LW

Fixed Term Contract for 26 Months

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills and gain new experience by working as a Lambeth trainee within the Council’s Area Regeneration team.

The trainee programme at Lambeth has had, and continues to have, a very positive impact on the workforce and has boosted the Council’s potential by bringing in new talent.

Lambeth are looking for two trainees with enthusiasm, energy and fresh ideas to support Lambeth’s objectives. They are looking for individuals who have a minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent to Level 2 in functional skills. You will need to be approachable, have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team and be willing to learn!

As a Lambeth trainee, you will fully commit to the 20% off-the-job training requirements of the post alongside your normal day-to-day job and use the support on offer to maximise the benefits to your professional development. This includes a professional network of other trainees across the organisation and a dedicated learning manager who will support you throughout the duration of your programme with access to mentors and events to support your growth as well as your own personal learning coach.

You will have the opportunity to participate in a supportive environment to develop the behaviours, knowledge and professional skills required of the role and the team.

The successful candidates will either be placed within the Brixton & Clapham team or the Vauxhall, Stockwell and Norwood team.
