London Fire Brigade have created a survey for Lambeth residents
Consulting them on improvements they are seeking to make, to mitigate risk and increase public/user satisfaction and interaction with the fire service.
This is what they say about the purpose of the survey:
This is our first strategic plan since the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower in June 2017 and builds on our Transformation Delivery Plan which saw us make several significant changes to our services.
This plan sets out what we want to achieve by 2029. We want to ensure that it meets the needs, wants and expectations of the people we serve. Your feedback is very important: it will inform the final plan which will be published in January 2023.
