Mental health peer support programme to start January 2014

A mental health peer support programme is to start in Brixton in January 2014. If you’ve ever had a mental health issue then you’ll understand the difference it can make to talk to someone who has had similar experiences and who knows what you are going through.

Peer supporters will be paid and will gain a recognised qualification. If you would like to get involved come along to one of the following recruitment sessions to find out more:

  • Monday 13 January 2014, 12.30-4pm
  • Thursday 16 January 2014, 12.30-4pm

Both sessions take place at the Living Well Partnership Centre, 65 Effra Road, Brixton SW2 1BZ.

The Missing Link programme is offered by Metropolitan.
