Power Project at Bengworth Road SE5 closing date for comments 31 May
This will have a huge impact on the local area causing noise, pollution & ongoing disruption for up to 5 years endangering safe routes for pedestrians to local schools and Ruskin Park. Buildings will dwarf houses blocking daylight and sunlight and the views from Ruskin Park will be changed forever.
Free Boxing Fitness for 50+
Starting back on Fridays at 10am from 18 June. Classes will help improve heart health, strength and co-ordination.
All abilities are welcome and boxing equipment is supplied. Funded through Lambeth Council.
Latin Dance and Play Reading Group Summer 2021
Spaces still available on for wednesday pm Latin dance and play reading group. A chance to get a bit fitter, enjoy some Latin vibes, break for a cup of tea and then join Longfield Hall’s Artistic Director Laura Harling to explore and read some plays together. Jerusalema Dance Challenge at Myatt’s Fields Park May Bank Holiday 2021
Practices at the Myatt’s field bandstand at 1pm Saturday 29 Sunday 30 May for the final dance and filming on Monday 31 May 2-5pm. It ONLY takes 30 mins to learn the dance. EVERYONE welcome, all abilities. The point is to have fun, move our bodies and get to know each other more.
