The Farm also sends out regular emails about what is happening at the Farm, which also includes lots of local news and events organised by other organisations.   If you would like to join the mailing list please email l[email protected]. Loughborough Farm Market, Saturday 3rd August 11am-3pm

Loughborough Farm’s monthly market is held on the first Saturday of the month, selling indoor and outdoor plants to raise money for the farm.

Loughborough Junction Neighbourhood Forum, Wednesday 17th July at 7pm, The Platform Cafe / Zoom

You are invited to the LJ Neighbourhood Forum on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 7pm at The Platform Cafe, 2 Ridgway Road, SW9 7AH (find on Loughborough Road at the junction of Ridgway Road in Wyck Gardens) and by Zoom.

Wildmind Yard Festival, Loughborough Farm, 15th June

Loughborough Farm is hosting the Wildmind Yard Festival, a day of free workshops as part of this year’s London Festival of Architecture.

LEAP & Me exhibition and craft activity mornings, 29th & 30th May 2024 10am-11:30am

Join LEAP this half term for fun, creative sessions for you, your little ones and siblings. You’ll also get a chance to visit the LEAP and Me Exhibition. At Liz Atkinson Children’s Centre, 9 Mostyn Road, SW9 6PH.

Thriving Fiveways Project Leep, Wednesdays from 22nd May to 5th June 3pm-5pm

Project Leep, run by exciting new social enterprise Ginas for the Community, is a new employment project for young people age 16 to 18 which will be running every Wednesday from 22 May to 5 June 3pm-5pm at Myatt’s Fields North Community Centre in Crawshay Road, SW9 6FZ.

Thriving Fiveways Dementia Awareness Karaoke Night, Saturday 18th May 6pm

Thriving Fiveways Community Living Room programme is happy to announce its next dementia awareness event – a Karaoke Night at Longfield Hall with Jamaican dinner and refreshments provided. Do come along – it should be fun as well as informative.

Loughborough Farm Monthly Market Saturday 4th May 2024 11am-3pm

This month they’ll be selling rosemary, tomatoes, sweet peas, sunflowers, and other flower and veg seedlings, as well as giant lilies and a variety of succulents and spider plants‌. They will also have seeds and dried herbs to sell. All proceeds go towards supporting the farm’s work here in Loughborough Junction.

You are all welcome at The Platform Cafe for the next meeting of LJ Neighbourhood Forum. This month we continue to focus on fighting the co-living development in Hinton Road/Hardess Street/Wellfit Street.

Grannie’s Caribbean Garden at Loughborough Farm, Wednesdays from 1 May 2024

Explore the therapeutic nature of gardening at Loughborough Farm – join us for our six free workshops for elders. Grannie’s Caribbean Garden is a project that links gardening in the Caribbean with the plants and herbs that can be grown in England and other areas of the world.
